In this May 14th webinar, we reviewed the early childhood education programs and services currently available for New York City children from birth to age 5 during the COVID-19 pandemic. We also answered questions about access to Emergency Child Care Centers (ECCs) and Regional Enrichment Centers (RECs) for children of essential workers, remote options for Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education, and covered updates on the Kindergarten IEP process and placements.
