Webinar | The Educational Power of Participatory Budgeting

In this webinar, we were joined by Thea Crum and Drew Brown, who have led PB projects with schools in Arizona, rural communities in Colorado, and across Chicago.
Thea and Drew shared their experiences launching and evaluating PB projects and how it helps participants (of all ages) learn democracy by doing. They discussed questions to consider when setting up your own PB process, and how it can open the door to future local deliberation and participation among youth and disengaged communities.
